By accessing Dentalist.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Dentalist.ai is an AI-powered dental matching engine that uses data from public NPI registry records and external review platforms to help patients find dentists who match their preferences and personality.

We are not your dentist. Practice profiles on Dentalist.ai do not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or warranty of any specific practice. Always verify a practice independently before scheduling care.

We are not a medical referral service and do not provide medical or dental advice.

The matching feature is a recommendation tool. Match scores are heuristic and informational only — they do not guarantee any outcome of dental care.

Patients are solely responsible for verifying any practice's credentials, accepting insurance, and suitability for their needs before booking.

If you claim a practice profile, you represent that you are an authorized owner or agent of the practice.

Once verified, you may update your profile's description, photos, hours, social links, and testimonials. You agree not to post false, misleading, copyrighted, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to revoke owner access for misuse, fraudulent claims, or violations of these terms.

Premium upgrades are $29/month, billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. We do not offer pro-rated refunds on partial periods, but unused months may be honored at our discretion.

Premium does not affect match rankings. It unlocks additional profile features (custom photos, lead capture, region featuring).

Don't scrape the site at scale, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use the data to build a competing platform.

Don't submit fraudulent claims or impersonate a practice.

Don't use the site for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

We source practice profiles from federal NPI data. Information may be out of date. If you spot an error, contact us at hello@dentalist.ai or claim the profile to update it directly.

If your practice is profiled and you want it removed, contact us — we'll honor the request within 7 business days.

Dentalist.ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentalist.ai and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $100 if you paid nothing.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
