Dr. Trotter is a highly qualified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who completed his undergraduate studies and Dental School at Indiana University. He then entered the United States Navy and completed his residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. After 13 years of active duty, he continued in the Naval Reserves achieving the rank of Captain.

Dr. Trotter has been practicing for 14 years in the Richmond Virginia area before acquiring the practice of Dr. J. Mrazik, DDS and starting Hampton Oral & Facial Surgery. He also volunteers his time and talent for various Virginia Dental Association programs such as the Mission of Mercy, Donated Dental Services and Give Kids a Smile.
