An Ivy League-trained orthodontist, Dr. Rossignol graduated magna cum laude from New York University before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees from Harvard University. She then completed her Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics specialty training at Columbia University, where she served as Chief Resident and earned a Master of Science degree for her genetics research.

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Rossignol is a Board Certified Orthodontist, a distinction achieved by fewer than one-third of orthodontists nationwide.
